A focused six-week engagement
AI Workflow Pilot & Verification
Put AI to work in one document or information workflow, with approved tools, clear human review, and a practical assessment of the results.
North Align helps government agencies and prime contractors prepare the source information, run a focused pilot, and decide whether the workflow is ready for everyday operations.
One focused workflow
What you receive
Suitable starting points include preparing a plain-language FAQ from approved guidance, drafting answers to routine public-information questions, or summarizing material for staff review. Together, we define the task, the source collection, and the result to evaluate.
Prepared source collection
Inventory the agreed documents, identify authoritative versions, and record ownership and terminology. Conflicting or unclear guidance goes to the responsible agency owner for resolution.
What you take awaySource inventory, prepared material, and practical terminology guidance.
Working pilot workflow
Set up intake, drafting, human review, correction, and approval using tools approved for the task. We agree configuration and technical responsibilities with your agency or implementation team.
What you take awayA pilot workflow with documented steps, responsibilities, and approval points.
Reviewer playbook & training
Equip staff to check source support, preserve important conditions, identify missing information, and escalate questions. Training uses practical exercises drawn from the agreed workflow.
What you take awayReusable task instructions, a quality checklist, and practical reviewer training.
Evaluation & handover
Compare the pilot with the starting baseline using agreed measures of quality, corrections, and total staff effort. The assessment includes preparation, review, and correction time.
What you take awayDocumented findings, updated instructions, and a recommendation to adopt, refine, or stop the workflow.
Leadership experience
Led by a former Minnesota state director
North Align is led by Adam Taha, former Director of Minnesota’s Enterprise Translations Office. In that role, he led a multilingual operation combining professional linguists, AI-assisted translation, terminology guidance, and human review.
That experience informs North Align’s approach: defined workflows, clear responsibilities, and practical checks before information is used or published.

Working together
How the six weeks work
One agreed workflow moves from preparation to practical use, evaluation, and handover.
-
Weeks 1–2: Define & prepare
Confirm and map the workflow, establish the starting baseline, prepare source material, and agree evaluation criteria and review responsibilities.
-
Weeks 3–4: Run & support
Set up the pilot in the approved environment, train participating staff, and gather feedback from practical use.
-
Weeks 5–6: Evaluate & hand over
Test outputs against the agreed criteria, compare quality and staff effort with the baseline, refine procedures, and deliver findings and next steps.
A focused scope, agreed upfront
The fixed fee covers one agreed workflow, a defined source collection, and a participating team. Deliverables, responsibilities, and the fee are agreed before work begins.
Before kickoff, we confirm approval to use the tools and source material, required access, technical ownership, and reviewer availability. The six-week delivery period begins when those conditions are in place.
Questions about getting started
Can we use the AI tools we already have?
Yes, where your approved tools support the selected workflow and are authorized for the information involved. We confirm the configuration, access, and technical responsibilities with your agency or implementation team before the pilot begins.
What does our team need to provide?
A named workflow owner, access to the agreed source collection, and reviewers with time to test and approve the work. Agency owners resolve conflicting guidance and questions of policy interpretation. We agree the practical commitments before kickoff.
How will we know whether to continue?
We compare the pilot with the starting baseline using agreed quality measures and total staff effort, including preparation, review, and correction. You receive documented findings and a recommendation to adopt, refine, or stop, with remaining issues and responsibilities made clear.

Which workflow would you like to improve?
Tell us which task takes too much time, creates repeated corrections, or leaves staff unsure how to use AI. We will help determine whether a focused pilot is a useful next step.
